Founded in 2020, Roderick R. Vincent decided to bring his vision to life. After serving 5yrs in the United States Marine Corps, Vincent decided to pursue a career in audio. After attending Los Angeles Recording School and Sanford Brown College he went on to work in the Las Vegas entertainment scene. Starting as a truck a loader, Vincent worked his way through the ranks to eventually land a job behind a live sound console. Vincent worked as a monitor engineer at the Hard Rock Live music venue on the Las Vegas Strip. He also landed on a national tour with a major recording artist as a monitor engineer. As his career moved forward, Vincent landed a job as head of audio for video production company Millie X Media. Here he gained experience in music video editing, photography, treatment writing, and location scouting. He also worked as a AV technician for corporate meetings and conventions. In 2022, Vincent moved back home to Houston where he obtained his A+ Certification. Vincent continues to grow and is diligent at keeping up with the newest technologies to pass on the best advice for his customers. His most recent accomplishment was being head audio for his first broadway tribute to Aretha Franklin. As a company, Top Knotch is about bringing the customers vision to life. Quality over quantity.
